About Me

I love traveling, and that means that we will take many field trips in third grade! The world is a big place; we learn a lot by going out into the world. I also love writing, and one of my favorite parts of being a teacher is getting to read the stories that students write about their own lives. We all have something important to say. I speak Spanish, and am so happy to teach students who come from different cultures and language backgrounds.

  • What Inspires Me – “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” (Aesop)
  • College – I graduated from the University of California at Davis with my Bachelors of Science degree. My teaching credential is from Holy Names University.

Sangha Interactive App: The Sangha app is a brand-new tool for our district, and I am just learning it. I encourage you to download the app and log in using the parent-guardian email that was used for enrollment or data confirmation. My hope is eventually to use the Sangha app to communicate with families in a protected, password-protected manner.
